There is an option to Personalize a name & # on the back of each item for an additional
$5 per item.

Type YES in the Personalization box for your item. Add to your cart the Personalization Add name/# item and in the box under this is where you will type the name and # to be added on the back. If you have more than 1 item and want the name & # on the backs of them, you must make sure the QTY is equal to the number of items. Example 2 t-shirts & 2 crewnecks and you want the name & # on the backs of all 4 items-- the QTY would be 4, if you only want on it on 2 items the QTY would 2.
